Congratulations Year 12!

The numbers have been crunched and we offer a huge congratulations to the Class of 2023 for the excellent results in their final year at Trinity College Colac! 

We are pleased to announce that our Dux for the year is Sophie Millar with an ATAR of 98.1. Sophie also received a Literature study score of 49, which places her in about the top one percent in the state, as well as 43 for Legal Studies, placing her in the top nine percent which bodes well for her future plans to study Law at Monash University. Well done, Sophie!

Congratulations also to our Proxime Accessit, Josiah Ellemor, who obtained an ATAR of 95.65, Tim Mooney with 93.55 and Blake Woolley with 91.15. 

Out of our ATAR pathway students, 7.1% obtained more than 90, and 21% received more than 80, which is a consistent increase in these statistics over the past seven years. In our VM pathway, all of our 33 students completed a very successful year and moved into their chosen pathway of employment or apprenticeship and traineeship. Several students  also gained full-time apprenticeships or employment throughout the year. 

We are proud of these results from the Class of 2023, but we are even more proud that our graduates are prepared to make a difference in our world. Immersed in the College’s values-based education, these fine young people are poised to face their futures with the knowledge, character and skills to be the best they can be.
