Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you!

Over the past year, our talented students have been writing and illustrating their very own book, Diary of Two Weeden Kids. In line with the original series by Jeff Kinney, it is a delightful collection of funny short stories that reflect their creativity, humour and imagination. From silly adventures to quirky characters, each story showcases the unique voice of our young authors.

This project has been a wonderful journey of learning and collaboration. The students have developed their writing skills, practiced teamwork and discovered the joy of storytelling. Most importantly, they’ve had so much fun creating something they can proudly call their own! 

We are now pleased to announce that the book is ready to be published and available for purchase. Buying a copy not only supports our young writers and artists but also gives your child the special joy of seeing their work in print - a memory they will treasure for years to come.

We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the hard work and creativity of our students by purchasing a copy (or two!) of this wonderful book. It makes a fantastic keepsake or a special Christmas gift for family and friends - and a great laugh too.  The book, which is about 100 pages long, will be available for purchase at a cost of $15.00 per copy.

• Students will be coming home shortly with a note for you to nominate how many copies you would like to purchase.

• Orders must be placed by Friday 24 October, 2025

• Due to printing requirements, no additional copies will be available after the deadline, so please make sure to get your order in on time!
