Attendance

Just a reminder...if your child is absent from school for any reason, please update Compass or call the school attendance line to advise. If we have not heard from you by 9.30am, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If there is no answer, then this will be followed up with an email. It is the Department policy that all absences are explained. If your child is marked absent for 3 days or more unexplained, this information is forwarded to the Department Regional Office for follow-up.

Visitors Reporting To The Office

For the safety and protection of all students, staff and visitors, the Department of Education (DE) requires that all parents, carers and visitors sign in at the school office before entering any school building or classrooms. This policy ensures we know who is onsite at all times, and helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. We kindly ask for your cooperation in following this procedure at all times.

Student Early Pick-Up Procedure

If you need to collect your child early for an appointment, please come to the office to sign them out. In line with school policy, we are unable to have students waiting at the office ahead of time. Once you arrive, we will call your child from class; please allow a few extra minutes for this process. Whilst we understand that early pick-ups are sometimes necessary (e.g. for medical appointments), we kindly ask that, whenever possible, students remain at school until the regular dismissal time of 3.30pm to ensure they don’t miss valuable learning time.

Parent Payments 2026

Please be advised that the School Levies have been set for 2026. The cost per child will remain the same as 2025 which is $285.00. A letter will be sent out to each family mid-December. The levies will then be posted on Compass towards the end of January 2026.
