Poor ANZAC Ted

The Year 1 students read the moving story, ANZAC Ted and then created their own versions of ANZAC Ted.
ANZAC Ted is a poignant story about a battered, worn-out teddy bear who served as a lucky mascot in WWI. Passed down to the narrator from their grandfather, the bear is actually a brave hero who brought comfort, hope, and peace to soldiers.
We looked at the journey that Anzac Ted took through the war and the families he stayed with.
