2026 School Theme - Coherence
Dear Westbreen PS Families,
Thankyou!
Thank you to everyone for a wonderful Term 2, filled with learning, fun and a range of exciting activities. Special thanks to the School Council, P&F members and dedicated volunteers for all their hard work this term. Without your contributions we would not be able to run special events and programs including our Community Playgroup, Family Time, Mothers Day stall and the school disco. Family involvement is key to our success as a school community!
The Westbreen Beanies have arrived!
We are excited to announce that the Westbreen beanies have arrived and will be distributed to students this afternoon and tomorrow. Just in time for the cold weather!
PLEASE NAME YOUR CHILD'S BEANIE as they will
be difficult to return if they are lost and have not been named. We would recommend an iron on label, fabric paint pen or to stitch your child's name/initials on the inside of the beanie. We do have a limited number of beanies available for purchase at the office - first in, best dressed! The cost is $20 and proceeds go to the Junior School Council.
New Student Clubs for Term 3!
We have some very creative students who have planned for new clubs in term 3. The Creators Challenge Club will be run by some of our Year 3 students. Students will be able to complete a challenge each week and the winner will receive a Zooper Dooper voucher f the canteen.
Some Year 6 students will also be running a Loom Band club next term. If anyone has any Loom Bands that they would like to donate, please bring them in to the office.
End of Term Early Dismissal
A quick reminder that the end of the term is coming up on Friday the 26th of June and on the last day of term we will have an early dismissal time of 2:15pm. A reminder that TheirCare will be operating on the final day of term as well as over the holidays.
