As we approach the end of term and the upcoming holiday break, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our families a safe, happy, and restful holiday period. While we still have a busy week of school ahead, it is certainly a time when many begin to reflect and look forward to a well-earned break.

Next week, around 70 students will represent the College at Country Week. We wish all students participating in volleyball, netball, hockey, basketball, and AFL the very best. This is a wonderful opportunity to demonstrate teamwork, sportsmanship, and pride in our College, and we are proud of your efforts in both preparation and participation.

A special thank you to all staff supporting students during next week. Whether coaching, supervising, preparing food, organising paperwork, managing finances, or remaining at the College to support those students not attending, your efforts ensure these opportunities are both successful and memorable for our students.

Reports will be sent soon. I encourage all families to take the time to review them carefully and to schedule a parent-teacher interview. These conversations are an important part of supporting each student’s learning journey and growth.

Farm Staff

We are also pleased to acknowledge some important staffing updates within our farm team. We warmly welcome our new Assistant Farm Manager, Mr Ian Millichamp, and congratulate Mr Matthew Olde on stepping into the role of Farm Manager.

At the same time, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr Johan Haumann for his dedication and commitment over the past 12 months as Farm Manager. We wish him all the very best as he transitions into the role of Assistant Farm Manager while also pursuing his personal interests.

Term 3

Looking ahead to next term, students will return on Wednesday, 22 July. Staff will be engaged in professional learning on Monday 20th July, with parent-teacher interviews being prepared for and conducted on Tuesday 21st July.

As this is our last Weekly Wrap for the term, I would like to wish all families an enjoyable, restful and safe holiday period.
