SSV Term 4 Sports

Expressions of interest are now open for Year 7, 8, 9 and 10 students wishing to participate in the following SSV Term 4 sports:

  • Cricket
  • Table tennis
  • Softball
  • Tennis

Students have been sent the link to the Google Form and must use their Western Heights College email address to register their interest.

Expressions of interest will close at 3:00 pm on Friday 4 September. This is a hard deadline, and late registrations cannot be accepted.

Students will receive reminders at Year Level Assemblies and Mentor Meetings, and information will also appear in the College newsletter over the coming weeks.

All students who register their interest will be added to the relevant Compass event. Families must then provide consent and payment by Tuesday 15 September.

Teams will be selected after the payment and consent deadline. If your child is not selected, a $10 credit will be applied to their Compass account and can be used toward any future school event.

Kind regards,

Cate Johnson & Michael Dundon

WHC Sports Coordinators

Wear It Purple Day is a national annual event that celebrates and supports LGBTQIA+ young people, promoting inclusion, respect and a sense of belonging for all students. It is an opportunity for our school community to recognise and celebrate diversity, while reinforcing the importance of creating safe and supportive environments for everyone.

We invite all staff and students to show their support by wearing a touch of purple on the day.
