Monty's Colour & Slime Fun Run - What a Day!!!
Students, staff, and families came together for one of the most exciting events of the year – Monty's Slime and Colour Run! The day was filled with energy, laughter, and a whole lot of colour (and slime!).
Participants ran, danced, and dodged their way through clouds of vibrant colour powder, while others braved the ultimate challenge – getting slimed by our enthusiastic volunteers! It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces enjoying the sunshine and getting involved in the fun.
The event not only brought our school community together but also helped raise funds for important school initiatives. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, donated, and supported the event. Special thanks to our organisers and volunteers who made the day run so smoothly.
The prizes are currently being shipped to our school. We will be sorting them over the coming weeks and they will be ready for distribution in Term 4. A portion of our students have made a powerful choice — instead of redeeming their funds for prizes, they’ve chosen to donate to the Care for a Cause initiatives.
Thanks to their generosity, over 150 meals have been donated through OzHarvest, 70 Turtle Tokens, along with 64 Dolly's Dream Tokens supporting the End of Bullying in Schools.
These acts of kindness show the true heart of our school community. Well done to every student who contributed — your compassion is truly inspiring!

Events like the Monty’s Colour and Slime Run don’t just magically happen — they rely on a team of dedicated volunteers working behind the scenes! If your child loves these fun-filled days, now is the time to get involved. The P&C is currently looking to fill several Executive and general member roles, and we can’t continue to run these fantastic events without your help. Whether you have a little time or a lot, your contribution makes a big difference.
