ART FOR ALL is a collaborative effort from all FPS families to make the event a success and there's many ways you can join in and contribute.

This year we're asking all FPS families to GIVE A LITTLE... 

...OF YOUR TIME

From setting up the gallery, to prepping food and helping in the Art Zone, there's loads of volunteer jobs available from Wednesday to Sunday, so we know there's a job for you. Just two volunteer hours per family makes a big difference, and you’ll meet other parents too. Choose your volunteer spot(s) today!

...OF YOUR BAKING SKILLS 

Bake for the Family Fair Day and donate your delicious baked goods to the:

• Cake Stall – whole cakes, loaves, cupcakes, biscuits, slices.
• Kids Café – individual items to go as part of the kids lunch pack, like cookies, honey joys, ANZACs, chocolate crackles, etc. These items need to be nut free.

We’ll share specific details in the next newsletter, but items will need to be labelled with a list of all ingredients, and for food safety reasons they can't have cream or uncooked eggs.

...WHEN YOU'RE NEXT AT THE SHOPS 

Instead of specific food and drink donations from each grade, we're keeping it simple this year and are asking families to donate cans of soft drink. You can put them on the hallway table near reception.

...FROM YOUR ART & CRAFT CUPBOARD

Raid the cupboards and see what arts and craft supplies you can donate for the Art Zone (and free up space at your house!). Please leave these items on the hallway table near reception:

buttons | pipe cleaners | sequins | beads | paper plates | mini art pompoms | coloured art feathers (not real feathers) | shoe boxes (no lids) | small clean boxes (smaller than 20cm) | star or circle / dot stickers | clean white bedsheets
