Family Fair Day update

On Sunday 31 August FPS will be a hive of activity from 11am - 4pm as Family Fair Day takes place across the school grounds. 

Here's a sneak peek of what you can look forward to:

Check out the incredible artwork at the ART FOR ALL Gallery and don't forget to buy something special at the Gallery Shop. Wander around the Children's Gallery to find your child's artwork and check out the great work of FPS students. 

Visit the Art Zone and get creative with colourful Yayoi Kusama-inspired spotty flowers, design their own imaginative mini dioramas filled with spots and dots, make a friendship bracelet and enjoy hands-on clay activities. The ever-popular tie dye returns (don't forget to BYO white items) and you can bring along old clothes to upcycle into fashionable wearable pieces of art.

The Fig Tree Stage is where you'll hear live music throughout the day, and that's where you can bid when Jellis Craig real estate agent, Justin Mellar runs the Auction for an Auction. 

Don't miss the Kids Maker's Market where Grade 5 & 6 students will be running their own stalls to sell their homemade wares.

You can come obliterate the dancefloor (or just chill-out) in the Old Hall at Club Kasuma Disco – featuring rotating DJs laying down everything from pop, to old skool dance to infectious house grooves (and everything in between), cool visuals and more.

Join in the tradition and take part in the community art project. Details to be revealed soon. 

There will be delicious food on sale around the school. Make sure your visit the cake stall early so you don't miss out! 

And last but not least, rides are back by popular demand and will be taking over the oval. 

As you can see there's loads to look forward to... remember to get wristbands for the kids so they can make the most of the day.
