Melbourne Trip

The long weekend provided a wonderful opportunity for many of our domestic boarders to travel home and spend time with family. For our international students who remained in the Boarding House, we wanted to ensure the weekend was still full of connection, fun, and memorable experiences. A trip to Melbourne proved to be the perfect addition to round out the long weekend together.

Leaving early on Monday morning, the weather was spectacular and set the tone for a fantastic day ahead. The journey itself was a highlight, with stunning views of the Grampians and the beautiful surrounds that remind us how fortunate we are to live in such a picturesque part of Victoria. 

Melbourne certainly didn’t disappoint. The boarders enjoyed exploring, eating and shopping their way through the city’s culturally rich streets. From bustling arcades to favourite food spots, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

It was wonderful to see the students spending time together and making the most of the experience. They returned home tired but full of stories.
