A Message From The Grade 6's

The last few weeks left of school

After almost 7 years, the Year 6 students are coming to the end of their journey at St A’s. During our time at St A’s we have been lucky enough to participate in school camps, sports carnivals, cross country, inter school sports and school productions.

During our last term, the 5/6s have started to learn their Christmas carol songs, getting ready for the end of year Christmas celebration and preparing for our graduation.

Throughout this journey into graduation I’ve learnt how lucky I am to have gone to such a good school and made amazing memories with families and friends, including teachers and staff.

With only a few weeks left in this term I am feeling both excited and nervous. Nervous as I will be entering the unknown and not going to the same school next year as some of my friends, but excited for new beginnings and what is to come.

Next year some Year 6 students, as well as myself, will be attending John Paul College (JPC). I will be looking forward to walking to and from school, making new friends, learning and getting to know new people and most importantly starting this amazing chapter throughout my educational career.

The most exciting part about graduation for meis probably ending this chapter and celebrating with friends as we goto Luna Park. I will be cherishing these last few weeks of school andmaking memories for the years to come.

Grade 6 Big Day Out at Luna Park

On Tuesday the 3rd of December, the year 6 students went to Luna Park.

It was an exciting day for us all.

We left school at 8:30am and got there at 9:45am.

Once we got there we had some time to eat before we went in. The first thing we did was put our bags at a couple of tables and went straight off to the rides. My favourite ride was the Scenic Railway.

We had 2 check in times, one at 11:30 to make sure that everyone was there and didn't get lost. At the last check in time I decided to have something to eat. I got hot chips and a drink for Jayden.

After we ate I asked Jayden if he wanted to go on a ride but he was too scared, but I finally got chime on the last ride for the day.

Overall it was a great, fun and exciting day for us year 6´s.
