Sustainability fundraising project

Did you know that our school has a Donation ID through the Victorian Container Deposit Scheme (CDS Vic)?!

You can support our school by nominating PMPS when you cash in returnables. So far our families who use this scheme have raised $115 for the school. Thank you for your generosity! 

The money raised is going towards our school sustainability fundraising project. We have a big one to kick this off... Every 10¢ counts towards helping us install new aqua bubblers to replace leaking water fountains around the school. Some of them have been in the school forever (slight exaggeration, but they look like that, hey!) while others need upgrading! The more we raise, the more water we can save!

How to donate

When visiting a CDS Vic refund point:

• Select “Donate”
• Enter our school Donation ID: C2000010887
• Return your eligible containers

What CAN be returned?

Eligible drink containers include:

✅ Most plastic drink bottles

✅ Aluminium cans

✅ Glass bottles

✅ Small flavoured milk drinks, juice and water bottles

Must have the 10¢ logo on the container.

What CANNOT be returned?

Please do not include:

❌ Crushed containers

❌ Containers without a 10¢ refund mark

❌ Damaged containers that cannot be scanned

Why it matters

By recycling your eligible containers, you are:

• Reducing waste going to landfill
• Supporting sustainability in our school community
• Helping us conserve water through improved drinking fountains
