Osborne House

It has been an extremely exciting and busy time for Osborne House and the Chevalier community in recent weeks!

It has been a true pleasure to introduce our 2025 House Captains - Hudson Lambert and Sophia Thompson. Osborne House is looking forward to 2025 with Hudson and Sophia at the helm, well supported by some incredible senior students who will lead the House into what will be an eventful new year for the College and Osborne House. 2025 will see the introduction of a new House based pastoral model with some exciting projects and initiatives on the horizon.

Most notably, this will include Osborne house designing a shield and complementary motto that will acknowledge the significance of our patron; Henry Osborne, and our MSC values in the history of our Chev. WATCH THIS SPACE!!!

Our current year 10 students have started their Buddy Leader training and are looking forward to welcoming our new Year 7 students to Chevalier in 2025. Our Buddy Leaders demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to welcoming our new students as part of their Chevalier family at Orientation Day and when they officially arrive in 2025.

Our Osborne leaders are working hard on community initiatives including  ‘The Biggest Morning Tea’, as a primary initiative in 2025 to raise funds and awareness for cancer.

Osborne is also preparing for 2025 knowing it will be a significant year for the College as we move into a new House based pastoral model that will reconnect to our heritage and galvanise our House as part of our home that is Chevalier.
