If you are wanting to allocate your students School Saving Bonus towards a school camp or excursion, you will need to action this in the School Saving Bonus portal by allocating the SSB towards school activities. Please also email the school to specify the activity you wish to allocate your SSB to.

Compass – 2025 Parent Payment Contributions  

From 2025 we will be using Compass to collect permissions and payments and to communicate with families. 

We will have our 2025 Parent Payment Contributions available on Compass late January.  This contribution will be divided into four payments – one per term – for your convenience.   You can choose to pay these per term or all together. 

An email will be sent out to all families in January providing Compass log in details.

CSEF

• The Department administers the CSEF to help eligible families with the costs of camps, sporting activities and excursions.
• Schools must communicate to families the availability of the CSEF.
• Schools must use the funds for the benefit of the eligible student.

The Camps, Sports and Excursions Fund (CSEF) provides payments for eligible students to attend activities like:

• school camps or trips
• swimming and school-organised sport programs
• outdoor education programs
• excursions and incursions
• graduations.

HOW TO APPLY 

New applicants should contact the school office to obtain a CSEF application form.  

 If you applied for CSEF at your child's school last year, you do not need to complete an application form this year unless there has been a change in your family circumstances. 

You only need to complete an application form if any of the following changes have occurred: 

• new student enrolments; your child has started or changed schools this year.

 • changed family circumstances, such as a change of custody, change of name, concession card number, or new siblings commencing this year.
