In anticipation of the Year 12 Ball, the TC community is warmly invited to the annual Public Viewing the night before the event! - Tickets: available via Humanitix
This event is known to sell out fast (in 2025, it sold out in 45 minutes!) so be sure to book early once sales open. Once they're gone, they're gone! (Note: while tickets may appear 'unavailable' within minutes of opening, it may simply mean they are sitting in people's shopping carts, awaiting payment.)
Important information
Due to venue capacity limits, tickets are strictly limited.
A maximum of 4x tickets per transaction will be enabled.
Buyers will only have 8 minutes in which to process their Humanitix transaction; if tickets are not purchased within this time frame, there will be a time-out and any tickets in the shopping cart will be released back to the public.
Buyers are required to enter dietary information for all persons under their booking; please ensure you have spoken with all persons under your booking to confirm if they have dietary requirements. Buyers are responsible for ensuring all dietary information provided is accurate.
The event is open all current TC parents and guardians (Years 4-12, inclusive).
At this stage, there are no plans to hold a second round of this event at a different time of the year.
What to do if you miss out
A waitlist will be available, so people can lodge their interest in a ticket if they miss out. Completion of the form is not confirmation of your attendance; it is simply a way to lodge your interest in attending if a ticket becomes available due to buyer cancellation.
Important: Should a place become available to you and you agree to take on the ticket up for grabs, it is your responsibility to directly reimburse the original buyer for the ticket cost. The College will not facilitate any reimbursements.
To ensure fairness for all, the link to the waitlist will be released when ticket sales open (at 9.00am on Wednesday, 1 April). Email requests to be added to the waitlist will not be accepted; all requests must be lodged via the waitlist link.
Year 8 Grandparents' Morning Tea events
Save the date
Year 8 families are asked to save the date for the annual Grandparents’ Morning Tea events, at which our students will share a the morning with their grandparents (or other close relative/elderly friend other than parents, if grandparents are unavailable).
This is a special opportunity for grandparents to share the morning with their grandsons and the TC community. The event will include an informal tour of the College with students acting as guides, musical performances, a special Mass, and a delicious morning tea.
Dates:
PCGs 8.1 - 8.4: Tuesday, 12 May
PCGs 8.5 - 8.8: Thursday, 14 May
Time: 8.45am – 10.45am
Venue: Trinity College (meet at the Chapel on arrival)
Registrations will be required for this event.
While further details will be released next week, please find below some preliminary information.
Preliminary information
Students may only bring a maximum of two (2) guests to their allocated event, due to venue capacity limits, and the need to comfortably accommodate guests. Thank you for your understanding.
If a student is not bringing a guest, they will still attend Mass and Morning Tea; their Head of Year will guide them as to where to sit at both parts of the event.
This event relies entirely upon the generosity of Year 8 families to contribute food items for the morning tea. Each PCG will be allocated a particular 'food type' for their event day (e.g. sandwiches) and will be asked to bring something to share that fits that particular criteria.
