Welcome back to Term 3

Welcome back to what promises to be an exciting and busy Term 3. 

I’m thrilled to be stepping into the role of Acting Principal and look forward to continuing to build upon the great work already happening across our school.

A heartfelt thank you to Justin Matt for his dedication and leadership over the past few years. He has been a fantastic role model throughout our school and the community and we wish him all the very best in his new role in Bendigo.

We would also like to wish Jenny Gilbert and Sasha Hardie all the best as they move on from Red Cliffs Secondary College. Jenny has decided to retire after many dedicated years of teaching, we hope you enjoy a much deserved rest Jenny.  Sasha has been a great member of our team for our students and staff across both the Red Cliffs and FLO Connect campus, we hope you enjoy your next adventure, Sasha.

We were very fortunate to welcome Satara Uthayakumaran, the 2025 UN Youth Ambassador, who spent time with our student leaders across all year levels last week. It was a valuable and inspiring experience that left a lasting impression on all involved.

There is plenty happening this term, including subject selections for 2026, Snow Camp, House Athletics Carnival, Interschool sports and the Debutante Ball. It’s going to be a full and exciting few months, and we look forward to working together to make it a great term for our students and school community.
