COMMUNITY SPORTING ACHIEVEMENTS
A huge congratulations to Alannah M (3/4H), Eve B (3/4J), Chloe M (PIH) and Margot H (1BH), who competed in their very first calisthenics competitions over the past fortnight!
What an awesome way to showcase their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm! We can’t wait to see what’s next!
Well done, girls! 💪🏼
Congratulations to Timmy R (2RB) on completing ski school for this season! What an amazing achievement. We are so proud of his hard work and progress on the slopes.
Well done Timmy! 🎿❄️
If your child achieves something special (grand final win, most valuable player award, best and fairest etc.), please email me (jordan.daley@education.vic.gov.au) through photos and an overview of the achievement to post in Contact. It is important to celebrate and recognise such successes with the school community.
Thank you,
Jordan Daley
RED NOSE DAY
Running for Red Nose ❤️
Hi Greenhills Community,
This August, I’m running at least 3km every day to raise money for Red Nose, in honour of a close friend’s daughter, Izzy.
Every Thursday at lunchtime, I’ll be running laps of the Tiger Turf, and students are welcome to join me for as many laps as they like.
Red Nose Day is Thursday 27 August. Students are invited to wear red, bring a gold coin donation and join me for my final run at school.
Thank you kindly for your support,
Mr Hick

BOOK CLUB
CANTEEN
We are committed to keeping our prices as low as possible. However, rising cost-of-living expenses have affected our operating costs, and this is reflected in our new pricing.
There will be a price increase on the following items starting Term 3.
HELPERS NEEDED
If you have a spare hour on a Wed, Thurs or Fri between 1pm and 2pm, come along and help in the canteen. There is no food preparation involved, it's very simple and the kids love seeing parents there!
You need to have completed the Volunteer Induction, and sign up through CareBookings - www.carebookings.com.au - access code is JGU9L.
Helpers get a canteen voucher for their kids to use for their next lunch order!
Thank you
Miriam
