Volunteers Needed! Mid-Year Music Concerts
Friends of Music is seeking volunteers to help with the Mid-Year Music Concerts.
The Mid-Year Concerts are an opportunity for our family, friends and community to experience the exciting range of the Music Program, from the Year 7s just starting out to the accomplishments of the senior students. The concerts are also an opportunity to raise funds for the music program, through ticket sales and raffles.
The Mid-Year Concerts for 2025 will be held over two nights: Monday 26 May and Wednesday 28 May from 7:30pm -10:30pm.
We are seeking volunteers to assist at the concerts by coordinating car parking, ushering and selling raffle tickets.
This is your call to help us support Eltham High School's outstanding Music Program and enjoy the developing talents of our students!
Volunteer Roles Available:
Front of house/Raffle
Car Parking Attendants
Ushers
Note that backstage this year will be handled by the music department’s excellent stage manager and experienced school staff, so we will not require any volunteer stage hands.

We're using SignUp, an online reminder tool, to organise our volunteer spots.

Save the Date - Saturday 9 August Trivia Night!
This will be a great opportunity to get to know some other music families and support the Music Program. We will have professional MC’s running the night and it will be lots of fun. More details will follow.
