Congratulations

I would like to formally congratulate our Year 3/4 teacher, Molly Marshall, and her partner, Sam, on their upcoming wedding.

We wish Molly and Sam a wonderful wedding day and look forward to hearing all about their celebrations when Molly returns at the beginning of next term.

Bounce Into Baxter #3

Today we held our third Bounce into Baxter session as part of our 2027 Foundation transition program.

For the fifth consecutive year, we have filled two Foundation classes, allowing our school to continue to grow at a steady and sustainable rate.

Our newest group of students have settled in wonderfully during their transition visits, and we are very excited to officially welcome them to Baxter next year.

Footy Colours Parade and Assembly

Please don’t forget that Friday 18th September is our annual Footy Colours Parade and end-of-term assembly.

Weather permitting, the assembly will be held outside from 9:15am and will be hosted by 3/4R. It will also include the presentation of our Principal and Attendance Awards, followed by our Footy Colours Parade.

We would love to see as many parents, carers and extended family members as possible and raise as much money possible, for a great cause.

Last Day of Term – Early Finish

Just a reminder that this Friday is the final day of Term 3, with school finishing at the earlier time of 2.30pm. There will be no school bus running on the day, so please contact TeamKids ASAP if you require their services.

School will resume on Monday 5th October.

Please remember there is also a special footy day lunch being offered by Cafe Viana. Hot dogs, pies and sausage rolls can be purchased prior to 3pm Thursday (17th September). 

I hope all our students, staff and families enjoy a safe, restful break and we look forward to seeing everyone again in Term 4.
