Western Port Parish Staff Commissioning Mass 

On Wednesday 4th March Staff from across our Western Port Parish gathered at St Brendan's church for their Beginning of Year Staff Commissioning Mass, uniting in prayer as we dedicated our work to God for the year ahead. Together, we affirmed our shared mission to teach, and walk in the footsteps of Jesus, building a safe and happy community for all our families. We give thanks for the commitment of our staff, who work side by side in faith and service, and for the ongoing support of our parish community as we continue to grow together in Christ’s love.  

Reconciliation Commitment Mass

On Saturday 28 February & Saturday 14th March our Year 3 students attended their Commitment Masses as part of their preparation for the Sacrament of Reconciliation. During the liturgy, the children shared prayer cards with parishioners, inviting them to kindly keep them in their prayers as they continue their faith journey. We are deeply grateful to our families for their ongoing support and to the staff who attended and helped guide the students with such care. On Saturday 14th March, third commitment mass students received a gift of a candle to ensure that the light of Jesus continues to guide their faith journey to forgiveness.
