Be Part of Something Special!

The Community Fair is only possible because of the incredible support of our parents, staff and community volunteers. Quite simply, without volunteers, there is no Fair! 

Next week, we will be sending out a volunteer registration link where you can select a 2-hour volunteer shift on Fair Day.

Volunteering is one of the easiest and most rewarding ways to contribute to the success of our Fair. Whether you're helping at a stall, selling tickets, supporting activities, assisting with set-up, or lending a hand behind the scenes, every volunteer plays an important role in creating a memorable experience for our children and community.

To be able to volunteer, it will be MANDATORY that you have a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Without your WWCC number, you will not be able to complete the volunteer registration link. 

A keynote we have addressed in the lead up to the event is that we want everyone to enjoy the day with their family and friends. That's why we have introduced 2-hour volunteer blocks, allowing you to choose a time that works best for you while still having plenty of time to enjoy the rides, entertainment, food and festivities.

There will be plenty of options available to participate in. We require more than 50 volunteers for each 2-hour shift, however if we can build a great volunteer list we can ensure that:

• All stalls and activities remain open throughout the day
• Games and attractions run smoothly
• Queues are managed efficiently
• Visitors have a fantastic experience
• Our children enjoy a fun, safe and successful Community Fair
