COMMUNITY FAIR TOKENS
Many of our stalls will be run by our wonderful students, teachers and parent volunteers. These stalls will operate using $1 Community Fair Tokens. For example: A sausage will cost $3 at our Fair and you would therefore pay the with 3 tokens to receive your sausage.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TOKENS?
You will be able to buy tokens before the Fair at https://events.humanitix.com/annunciation-corpus-christi-and-st-augustines-community-fair or on the day by Cash or EFTPOS and will be available at the ticket booths throughout the day.
Please note tokens are valued at $1 each and are not discounted.
TICKET COLLECTION INFORMATION
A huge thank you to everyone who has already purchased their Early Bird Wristbands and Tokens!
To make your Fair Day experience as smooth as possible, we encourage pre-purchasing wherever possible. Collection of tickets will be available during the week leading up to the Community Fair on the Wednesday 11th & Thursday 12th November ONLY, between school hours.
Parents from each school will visit their Office where the tickets, token or any add-ons will be ready for pick up. Collection will not be available earlier than the dates specified. If you happen to miss the pickup days and time, your Wristband, tokens and any other add-ons will be available on the day at the ticket booth at Geelong Road Main Entrance.
Further Information regarding collection arrangements will be shared in the coming weeks. Keep an eye on your school newsletters, emails and social media channels for updates.
FOOD TRUCKS & EXTERNAL STALLS
All food trucks & coffee vans will be independently operated.
Tokens cannot be used for purchasing from them. You will need to either have cash or card.
In addition, we have 3 external family operated stalls that will be held in the School Hall. These external stalls will also not accept tokens. They will have their own cash or credit card facility to take payments.
