Sacred Heart Happenings

In Term 3 the Year 5/6 students took part in workshops with Craig from Parallel Wilds where they created a collaborative story about native animals on Mount Elliot set in 2050. The story has become part of the 3D platform online - you can view the students work by scanning the QR code or following this link www.parallelwilds.com/index.php/where-the-mountains-are-home/ 

Four of our students represented Sacred Heart School online in the launch of the Parallel Wilds project - Where the Mountains are Home.

Where the Mountains are Home was created by students from six primary schools in Towong Shire in 2025: Bethanga, Talgarno, Walwa, Sacred Heart Corryong, Mitta Mitta, and St Michaels Tallangatta. This Parallel Wilds project was hosted by Mitta to Murray Landcare and funded by Border Trust from funds provided by the Foundation of Regional Rural Renewal.
