Trade Kitchen/Canteen

Year 10 and Year 11 students have worked extremely hard this semester to provide nutritious and healthy lunches for Heatherwood staff and students. 

Next term, in Term 3, the Trade Kitchen menu will be available online to order and pay via Compass.  Students will still be able to order in the morning at the Trade Kitchen counter and pay with cash.

Highlights from the year 11 VET students as they finish their semester in Trade Kitchen:

Tianna "trying the foods and being with my friends."

Jacqueline "My favourite thing in Trade Kitchen was making the pizzas and toasties."

Charlette "My highlight in Trade Kitchen was helping everyone and learning different skills."

Tegan "The best thing about Trade Kitchen, IN MY OPINION, was going around with the clipboard in the mornings and trying to convince teachers to order the dessert."

Jackson "Has excelled in making all the sandwiches and daily specials."

Trade Kitchen operates Monday - Thursday, with Year 10 and senior students preparing and serving nutritious meals, snacks, and treats.
