19 July RSC Short Course Meet
We’re all set for a fantastic day of racing on Sunday! A big thank you to our committee and volunteers who have been working hard behind the scenes to bring everything together.

👏 Volunteers – Thank You!
This meet is run entirely by volunteers, and we truly couldn’t do it without your help. From team managers and marshals, to BBQ crew, medal presenters, and raffle ticket sellers — thank you!
For anyone not assigned to a role and have a bit of spare time, the team on the raffle and BBQ can always use some extra help. Or be prepared to be on hand to time keep in case we have last minute cancellations.
🛠️ Set-Up & Pack-Up Helpers Needed
We’re also calling for extra hands for setup and pack down — marquees, chairs, tables, etc. Many hands make light work, and your help is very much appreciated!

All swimmers must arrive in full RSC uniform:
- Club cap
- Club polo
- Club or plain black shorts/pants
- Club hoodie (or plain black hoodie if needed wearing polo over the top)
❗ No pyjamas or grey pants, please.

2026/27 UNCLOUD Victorian Metropolitan Short Course - 1-2 August, MSAC
A reminder that entries for the 2026/27 UNCLOUD Victorian Metropolitan Short Course Championships close on Monday 20th July at midnight.

We understand that some swimmers may be waiting for results from this Sunday's Ringwood Short Course Meet before finalizing their entries. In most cases, times achieved at the meet are uploaded to Swim Central by lunchtime on Monday, allowing you time to complete your entries before the closing deadline.
Please remember that all event entries must be submitted through Swim Central before midnight on Monday 20th July. Late entries will not be accepted.
We are also seeking Team Managers for all four sessions of the championships. If you are able to volunteer for one of the sessions, please reply to this email as soon as possible.
Team Managers are required to hold accreditation. Once volunteers have been confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to register and obtain Team Manager accreditation through Swim Central.
