Classroom Student Supervision Reference 

Classroom Student Supervision Reference 2026

A new Classroom Student Supervision Reference has been developed for identified classrooms to help support student safety, staff consistency and our duty of care. The reference clearly identifies students who require familiar staff, increased supervision or 2:1 support, particularly when regular classroom staff are absent. It is also designed to support CRTs and replacement staff by providing clear, accessible supervision information. Please consult your Sub-School Leader before making any staffing changes that may impact these requirements.

We strongly encourage staff to make use of these services when needed — seeking support early can make a meaningful difference to your wellbeing and help you feel supported both personally and professionally.

Both services provide confidential support, and staff are encouraged to reach out early if they feel they would benefit from assistance.
