Diwali/Deepavali

Earlier this month, students learnt about Deepavali  in their Cultural Studies lesson. Diwali/Deepavali is known as ‘The Festival of Lights.’ This celebration is important to people of Hindu faith. It marks the triumph of light over darkness. Students from B2 had a hand at creating a Rangolis,  a traditional folk art used to welcome guests and bring good fortune during Diwali.
