Student Achievements 

Australian Maths Competition

Congratulations to the 173 students who completed the Australian Maths Competition this year. 

We had 17 students receive a participation award, 52 students receive a proficiency award, 62 students receive a credit award and 40 students receive a distinction award.  

Congratulations to the following students who received a high distinction award: Anya Z (6LH) and Jacob X (5KB).  

Special mention to Jacob X (5KB) for his best in school certificate. 

Congratulations Abigail

We are pleased to let you know that Abigail Hu has passed a Judo practical and knowledge test called a grading at the Yarra Judo Club.

This is no easy task and requires a great deal of practice.  

The grade is awarded by the presentation of a coloured Judo belt.

Junior Judo belts are in varying colours signifying age and expertise.  

Abigail has been awarded a Yellow-Black belt.
