Three Way Conversations for Parent Teacher Interviews for Prep to Grade 6 Students

Dear Families and Carers,

We will be conducting Three Way Conversations for all students from Prep to Grade 6 during Parent Teacher Interviews on Wednesday 16th September and Thursday 17th September between 2.30pm - 5.00pm.

All students are encouraged to attend with their families, even if you have a scheduled PSG this term, we would encourage you to make an appointment. Please note: your child is required to be with you for these appointments.

On these days students will be dismissed at 2.15pm. If you require supervision from 2.15pm - 3.15pm, please click hereto register your child/ren.

The format of the interview is as follows:

Students will provide information to clarify what they have learnt and share what they have been learning and are proud of.
Students will share what they found challenging and together you will create goals for future learning.

Interviews that are face to face will be held in the Library for Grade 4 to 6 teachers and on the ground floor of Building B, for teachers in Grades Prep to 3.

YEAR 2 BLUE PARENTS - PLEASE NOTE

Parent Teacher Interviews will be held on WEDNESDAY 9TH SEPTEMBER AND THURSDAY 10TH SEPTEMBER in meeting room 1 next to the school office.

YEAR 4 PARENTS - PLEASE NOTE

Please be aware that on Thursday 17th September, we are also hosting the Parent Eucharist Session # 2 in the ATRIUM between 2.15pm - 3.15pm and then re-running the session between 6.30pm - 7.30pm. If you are intending to attend the afternoon session, please ensure you book your child in for supervision and avoid booking your parent teacher interview between this timeframe.
