Diocesan Winter Trials Wrap Up!
Last Friday, a group of our students traveled to Armidale to compete in the Armidale Catholic Schools Winter Trials. Representing our school across three sports were Phoebe (Girls' Football); Hunter, Marcus, Rebee, and Shaun (Boys' Football); Flo, Hannah, and Harriet (Netball); and Airlee, Lucy, and Josie (Girls' Hockey). The event gathered athletes from the region, offering them a chance to demonstrate their abilities and vie for a spot to represent our diocese at the Polding Winter Trials.
We are proud of how our students represented our school community, playing with enthusiasm and respect. We also want to extend a thank you to the parents, coaches, and teachers who traveled with the students and supported them on the day.
A shout-out goes to Rebee and Shaun, who made it to the probables versus possibles match in Boys' Football!
Congratulations are in order for Airlee, Lucy, and Josie on their selection to the Armidale Catholic Schools Girls' Hockey team, and to Phoebe on her successful selection for the Girls' Football team. All four girls will be heading to Bathurst on Friday, 1st May, to showcase their skills at the Polding Winter Trials.
Well done to everyone involved!

St Patrick's Primary Sports Handbook
St Patrick's now has an official sports handbook and it has been updated after the school swimming carnival held recently. This book is designed to give all members associated with our school a clearer understanding of when our school conducts our various sporting carnivals, the processes/qualifying times involved for students who want to represent our school at Diocesan sporting events as well as an explanation of the representative sporting pathways your child may want to undertake in their respective sports.
