Principal's Message to the School Community

End of Term 1 and Easter Holiday Wishes

As Term 1 draws to a close, it is a wonderful time to reflect on the many learning opportunities and experiences our students have enjoyed during their first term of the year. It has been a busy and rewarding start, with children engaging in a wide variety of activities both in and beyond the classroom. These have included P&F fundraising events, a successful working bee, cross country trials, summer interschool sports, swimming programs, Hot Shots Tennis, school photos, classroom open events, Meet the Teacher chats, and important learning experiences such as NAPLAN and the Responsible Pet Ownership incursion. We were also delighted to welcome the Reach Cambodia visit, providing students with a valuable global perspective.

We are especially proud of the wonderful start our youngest learners, the Prep students, have made. They have settled into school life with enthusiasm, confidence and curiosity, and it has been a joy to see them forming friendships and engaging so positively in their learning.

I would like to thank our staff, students and families for their continued support and involvement this term, particularly our P&F and parent volunteers, whose time and effort greatly enrich our school community. As we head into the Easter holiday break, we wish all families a safe, happy and restful break. We look forward to welcoming everyone back in Term 2 refreshed and ready for the next chapter of learning.

Happy Easter to you all.

Kind regards,

Alistair Rayner
