BDSSA Cross Country Carnival

Our annual Bundoora District Schools Sports Association Cross Country Carnival was held on Thursday May 29. Mrs Maxwell, Coach Taleski and Miss Wilson took a team of 54 students to compete at the carnival at Findon Reserve. We braved the cooler conditions, but it was a great day had by all. Thank you to all the parent helpers who contributed to this day being a huge success! It was fantastic seeing our students demonstrate our new school values of collaboration and perseverance to complete the 2 and 3 km tracks- a huge effort by everyone!

Congratulations to Jaida, Zara, Mikayla, Yusuf, Fletcher, Fraser and Summer on finishing in the top 10 at our BDSSA Carnival.

These students progressed to the Whittlesea Division Cross Country Carnival held at Kilmore Racecourse on June 4. In extremely cold conditions our heights spirit and never give up attitude shone through! Well done for an amazing effort in such cold conditions. Congratulations to Jaida and Yusuf who will now progress to the Metropolitan Region Carnival on June 18- wishing you the best of luck!

Heights, heights, heights goooooo heights!!
