Senior Secondary (VPC/ASDAN)

Second last week of cookery at VU! Making tortilla enchilada rice. Students really enjoyed following the recipe and showing their cooking skills

First week of driver’s education! Students completed their mock learner test, most students passed! The. They took turns driving an auto or manual car. All had fun!

Term 3 was a productive time for both ASDAN classes. Students in Jo’s class have enjoyed attending Vic Uni cookery and hospitality course with VPC students. They have learnt new cooking skills, how to read recipes, safety in the kitchen, food preparation and hygiene. Well done to all who took part!
