Upcoming BSC House Swimming Carnival

The BSC Swimming Carnival will be held on Friday 13th February at the Beaufort Swimming Pool and all students are expected to attend. This is a great day filled with a variety of events and activities, both in and out of the pool, for students to immerse themselves in. There are many ways to earn points for your House and we encourage all students to participate.

On the day students will need bathers, towel, sunscreen, hat, thongs/flip flops, lunch/snacks and a drink. Remember to bring something to keep you warm in case the weather is inclement. Students are encouraged to get into the House spirit by wearing their House colours or alternatively, their PE uniform. All students are expected to wear swimwear that is appropriate for a sporting event, regardless of whether they intend on taking part in the competition or not. Please be mindful that this is a school sporting event, and hence modest, supportive and good coverage swimwear is expected. In accordance with the Victorian Department of Education Sun-Safe Policy, students are encouraged to wear rash vests and hats.

Parents and carers are more than welcome to attend, so bring along your deck chair or picnic rug and settle in for a day of fun.
