Getting to know us

Mrs. Bianca Taverna - Visual Arts Teacher

Hi everyone, I am Mrs Taverna (Mrs T) and I am so excited to be teaching the students Visual Arts this year! I love being creative and particularly love drawing animals using charcoal and using natural objects such as shells to create art. My favourite place in the world is the beach and you will often find myself and my family (husband Robbie and sons Levi and Brayden) there either collecting shells, swimming, or on our SUP. 

I love to travel and am slowly ticking off places in our beautiful Country but there is still so much to see and do. My love of elephants will hopefully one day take me overseas to Asia and Africa where I hope to volunteer in camps that take care of injured elephants before returning them to the wild. I have ridden horses my whole life and will hopefully compete again one day shortly, but I have a bit of practice to do though!
