Chelsea Community and Support Services
Further supports for families who reside in the Kingston area:
“Chelsea Community and Support Services focus primarily on providing food relief to the community through vouchers and food parcels, tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, we offer advocacy services for issues like energy bills and other related concerns. Our support staff includes a case worker who provides intensive one-on-one support, as well as a Financial Capability Officer to assist with budgeting . We also run a school support program assisting parents with uniform, text books and stationary, which may look a little different this year with the new government initiative. Please be aware that we are only able to accept those from our catchment at this early stage. Our area is Chelsea, Chelsea Heights, Aspendale, Aspendale Gardens, Patterson Lakes, Bonbeach and Carrum. As a first point of contact for many, we are always happy to have a conversation and guide individuals towards the most suitable resources and assistance for their situation.”
