🏀🏐 Sports Report

It has been a very busy few weeks of sport at Gray St Primary, with our students getting out on the courts and representing our school with enthusiasm, teamwork and plenty of determination!

🏀 Year 4 Hoop Time

Our Year 4 students had a fantastic day competing at Hoop Time Basketball. The teams showed great sportsmanship throughout the day, working together, encouraging one another and giving every game their best.

It was wonderful to see the students putting their basketball skills into action while enjoying the opportunity to compete against other schools. A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day possible and supported our students.

🏀 Year 6 Hoop Time

Our Year 6 students also took to the court for their Hoop Time Basketball competition. The teams demonstrated excellent teamwork and determination throughout the day and represented Gray St Primary with pride.

Events such as Hoop Time provide students with a wonderful opportunity to develop their skills, work as a team and enjoy competing in a positive and supportive environment.

🏐 State Netball Championships – Melbourne

A huge congratulations to our Gray St netball team, who travelled to Melbourne to compete in the State Netball Championships.

The team had an incredible opportunity to compete against schools from across Victoria at the State Netball Centre in Parkville. The State Championships bring together teams from around the state, with teams progressing through preliminary competitions before reaching the finals stage.

Our students should be extremely proud of the way they represented Gray St. They showed commitment, teamwork and determination throughout the competition and demonstrated the skills they have developed through their hard work and training.

We are very proud of all our students who have represented Gray St in basketball and netball.
