Showcase of Learning - Kindergarten Green
Kindergarten Green did a wonderful job presenting their Chapel item today about farm animals and the important role they play on a farm. The students confidently shared information about their chosen animals using longer sentences with the word “because”. They also drew detailed and colourful pictures of their farm animals, which were proudly displayed for the school community to see.
The class finished their showcase of learning with the song “Old MacDonald Had a Farm” which they sang with great gusto. It was lovely to see the students having fun on stage and working together so well during the presentation. Great job, KG!
CSSA State Cross Country
Congratulations to all of our students who represented HPCS at the CSSA State Cross Country. We are incredibly proud of the determination, perseverance, and sportsmanship they displayed throughout the event. Each student gave their best effort and represented our school with excellence, encouraging one another and demonstrating a positive attitude.
It was also wonderful to have some of our parents there supporting and cheering on our students. Thank you for your encouragement and support throughout the day. We are proud of each and every one of our competitors!
Get ready for Jersey Day!
On Thursday 25 June, all students are invited to wear their favourite sports jersey or team shirt to school and bring along a gold coin donation. All funds raised will go towards purchasing new sports equipment for our students to enjoy during sport, PE lessons, and playground activities.
We look forward to seeing a wonderful display of jerseys and team spirit as we come together to support this exciting initiative from our Year 6 students!
Love to Sing?
We had our very first choir practice on Monday! And it was fantastic hearing all those voices singing together.
A reminder that anyone is welcome to come along, so if you love singing, we’d love to see you there!

Uniform Reminders
A friendly reminder, we encourage all students to wear their school uniform correctly and neatly. Hair accessories should be green, white, or black, and dresses should be worn with black stockings or white socks underneath.
Sports jackets are to be worn on sport days only, with the green school jacket or cardigan worn on regular school days. We also encourage students to keep their black school shoes clean and polished. Please note that only stud earrings or small sleeper earrings should be worn, and any necklaces should be small and worn underneath the uniform.
Additionally, please label all items with your child's full name.
Thank you.
