Middle Years Careers Stall

As part of their assessment task, Middle Years English students recently developed and presented a careers stall to the Year 7b Humanities class.

Students were required to research a career they were passionate about, including the level of education required and the expected remuneration for the role. They then set about creating informative pamphlets and information boards for the Humanities class to peruse while they were looking through the different careers available.

Afterwards, the Humanities students evaluated the Middle Years class on how they performed in their role as presenters, focusing on clear communication, knowledge of the role and how the information was presented. The Middle Years class then used the feedback to assess their individual performance and look at the areas they could improve.
