Zenu has introduced Social Boost Ads, giving offices a simple way to promote residential sales listings across Facebook and Instagram while directing traffic back to their own websites. 

Each campaign includes three advertisements covering the main stages of the listing: 

• A free ‘Just Listed’ advertisement 

• A vendor-funded ‘On Market’ advertisement 

• A free ‘Just Sold’ advertisement 

The advertisements run through your office’s own Meta (Facebook) account. This means views, engagement and new followers contribute to the office’s Facebook and Instagram presence, while prospective buyers are directed to the agency website rather than a property portal. 

The ‘On Market’ component can be included in the vendor’s marketing schedule alongside portal upgrades, photography and print. The accompanying ‘Just Listed’ and ‘Just Sold’ advertisements provide additional branded exposure for the office and listing agent at no cost. 

Creative is produced from the property listing, removing the need for offices to design each advertisement from scratch. There is no setup cost, monthly fee, or ongoing commitment.
