Trivia Night
Dear School Community,
The Parents Association (HTSMPA) have heard the requests for a trivia night, but we need some help to make it happen.
We are looking for some volunteers to form a sub committee to assist with planning and coordinating various aspects of a trivia night, including decorations, securing a trivia host, developing comms, ticket sales, games and setting up and cleaning up the hall.
Whether you have a knack for organising, a creative flair, or simply want to lend a helping hand, we would love to have you on board.
If you are interested in volunteering or have ideas to contribute, please reach out to us via email (htsmpa@gmail.com) by 6/6/25. Your support and involvement will be greatly appreciated and will help ensure a fun and successful event for our school community.
Please note the current PA does not have capacity to run an additional event this year so if a sub committee is not formed we won't be able to make it happen. However the PA is committed to be available to provide guidance and assistance where needed to the sub committee.
Warm Regards
HTSMPA
