Eden Beaumont

Kokoda Trail

The entire school community sends its best wishes to our Year 11 student, Eden Beaumont, who is about to embark on an unforgettable journey - completing the Kokoda Trail in Papua New Guinea.

The Kokoda Trail is not only a physically demanding trek through challenging terrain, but also a path rich in Australian history. Walking in the footsteps of the soldiers who served in World War II, Eden will gain a powerful, firsthand understanding of the courage, resilience, and mateship that define the Kokoda legacy.

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity will no doubt test endurance, build character, and offer moments of reflection and growth. We admire Eden’s determination and spirit in taking on this challenge, and we look forward to hearing all about the experience upon return.

Good luck, stay safe, and remember—we’re all cheering you on every step of the way!
