Duke of Edinburgh Awards

Government House Ceremony

We are proud to announce that Declan Collins, Evan Alderslade and Matthew Petagna, three of our outstanding Year 12 students were presented with the prestigious Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award during a special ceremony held at Government House on Thursday, 19th September. The award was presented in recognition of their dedication, resilience, and commitment to personal growth through the challenging Duke of Edinburgh program.

Each student completed a series of demanding tasks over several months, including volunteering, physical activity, skill development, and a multi-day expedition. Their achievement is a testament to their perseverance, leadership, and commitment to making a positive impact on their community.

Receiving the award in the grand setting of Government House was an unforgettable experience, marking the culmination of their hard work and dedication. We extend our warmest congratulations to these students and look forward to seeing their continued contributions in the future.

Trinity Ave Pick Up and Drop Off

Some parents are using the bus bays on Trinity Ave (which is OK) for dropping off their sons, but then doing a U turn over the ‘retention basin’ in the middle of the road.  While this will be landscaped to prevent this, at the moment there is a layer of geofabric which is currently being ruined as a result.  Please use the roundabout for turning back up Trinity Ave.

Thank you for your co-operation.
