Parent Teacher Meet & Greet Conference

Year 1 to Year 6 - Term 1

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

Our first Parent Teacher Meet & Greet Conferences for 2026 will be held on

Monday 16th Feb from 3:45pm to 7.00pm

Tuesday 17th Feb from 3:45pm to 6.00pm

Wednesday 18th Feb from 3:45pm to 7:00pm

Thursday 19th Feb from 3:45pm to 6:00pm

These conferences will be a 10 minute opportunity to “meet and greet” your child’s teacher and briefly share information about any learning needs/supports that might be beneficial. Teachers will also be able to share some information about your child’s learning and wellbeing needs, bearing in mind that it’s early in the year and classes are still settling into the routines of school.

We ask that you please arrive on time for your meet & greet conference and ensure that you stick to the allotted time frame. If you need more than the allocated 10-minute time frame, you can schedule another time by contacting your child’s classroom teacher.

Using Compass you can book your Parent Teacher Conference

1.        Parents will have a notification on their Compass dashboard advising them that they have a conference cycle open to make bookings for their child/ren.

2.        Parents can click the notification to proceed to make a booking. Parent can either click 'Start Booking Now' or 'Show Me How to Book' to proceed'.

Please remember, that once a time has been booked, the options for parents are reduced. Be prompt to select your time. If all conference times are booked, please contact your child’s teacher to make an alternative time.

Canteen Volunteers

Dear Parents and Carers,

We are currently in need of parent volunteers to help out in the school canteen on Friday's from 11:45am to 2pm and must obtain a current Working With Children Check.

Volunteering in the canteen is a great way to support our school community and help ensure our students are well looked after during lunchtime. Even a short amount of time makes a big difference.

If you are available to help, or would like more information, please contact the school office.

Thank you for your support — it is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

School Canteen Team
