EISM Cross-Country

It was an amazing day out this Wednesday 10 September for our EISM Cross-Country team! Kilvington had over 70 students representing the School at Ruffey Lake Park in Doncaster, and every single runner put in an outstanding effort.

We're thrilled to share that Kilvington was awarded 'Most Improved School' across the competition, and both our U13 girls and U16 girls won their age group – a fantastic achievement! It just goes to show what the commitment to early morning training sessions and the support of dedicated coaches can achieve in a short amount of time.

A big thank you to Emma McLaren, who worked tirelessly to organise the team and lead the early morning training sessions, and to our Head Coach, Gemma Craddock (Kilvington Class of 2021), for her energy, expertise, and for getting everyone pumped and excited to compete.

We also want to give a special mention to our senior students. We know it’s a challenging time of year to step away from classes, but your determination, teamwork and pride in representing Kilvington were truly inspiring.

Also, a special thanks to Nick Giouris, Year 9, for taking such great photos on the day.

Congratulations to the following students who placed individually on the day.
