Tickets selling fast: 2024 TCPC Tuition Fee Lottery

All families are invited to participate in the 2024 Tuition Fee Lottery*! For just $50.00 per ticket, you could win one of three tuition fee prizes. Proceeds will be used to enhance buildings, grounds and programs at Trinity College, benefitting all students.

High Performance Pathways

PerformHQ

This week, Head of Strength & Conditioning at PerformHQ Isaac Davidson spoke to the students in the High Performance Pathways elective. He shared his knowledge on Long Term Athletic Development, how the gym programs for Trinity students have been developed, progressive overload, load management and recovery. It is a requirement that students in this elective complete two sessions in the weights room per week, overseen by the PerformHQ staff.
