Fete

Our Fete team met last week and we are continuing to plan, prepare and finalise aspects of this great event on our calendar. Please be sure to put the date on the family organiser as it promises to be a great afternoon!  

We have great interest and commitment from our sponsors, some wow factor rides have been booked, the food and entertainment for both children and families and the overall community involvement is already cause for excitement!  

Sponsors:  

We are still looking for sponsors for our fete. Fete sponsors will be shared and celebrated on our socials, displayed on the event, and acknowledged in the newsletter. The sponsorship funds predominantly allow St Mary’s to have the variety of rides for the event.

Parent Representatives: 

Our team is seeking volunteers to be year level parent reps. We need two parent reps per year level and the role will require some parent rallying to volunteer on the night with a set of stalls and activities that each level will be responsible for. The role may require liaising with the fete team to order and store resources that will be needed for the year level.

Small Business Stalls: 

At our fete we are hoping to integrate and support our local business while offering them a small market stall for the event. If you have a business that trades in any small goods and would love to showcase your gifts and talents via our fete we would love to support you. Please read the information below, and contact the school to secure your stall!  

Please be sure to keep up to date with our fete happenings over the next few months as it will be progressing along rapidly, ready to have an amazing event all together, celebrating community!
