Advent Coffee & Connect

Pause and Reflect

As term 4 seems to hurry along, the Catholic Church invites us to pause and prepare for Christmas through the liturgical season of Advent. 

We will hold two Advent Pause and Reflect sessions on

 Thursday November 27 at 2.30pm

 December 4 at 2:30 in the school hall. This will be a session for parents and grandparents (toddlers welcome).

St Vincent de Paul society

Thank you to our Year 5 students who continued our school tradition of decorating stars for the Ashbury branch of the St Vincent de Paul society. With joy and enthusiasm they met at lunchtime and prepared stars which will be used for the Parish Christmas appeal.

Playgroup

Playgroup is in the school hall. I look forward to welcoming all  preschool aged children, together with their parents, grandparents and carers for a morning of play, craft and story time. 

Our final 2 playgroup sessions for the term 4 will be: 

Thursday 27 November at 9am

December 4 at 9am -  Christmas themed craft and songs.

Morning Rosary

We continue to have a dedicated group of students and parents who  gather each Friday morning at 8:30 inside the church to pray a decade of the rosary. All are welcome to join us, even if you have not prayed this prayer before. Rosary beads are provided, I would love to see you there.
