Swimming Program

Our swimming program at MLC Swimming Centre will commence next week.

Please make sure that all students are organised with the correct attire that they require for swimming.

All students should wear their swimmers underneath their uniform to make changing an easier process. A reminder to pack underwear to change into after swimming. Swimming costumes should be one piece or appropriate for a school swimming program and footwear needs to have a back strap for safety. Packing a plastic bag for wet swimmers and towels is also important. 

Thank you to all the parents who have volunteered to assist with going to and from the pool on the bus. We appreciate your time. If for any reason you can no longer attend or if you have availability to assist with the program, please contact the school office. 

Getting Ready for 2026!

As we start to prepare for 2026, all students from Kindergarten to Year 5 will be

completing sociograms. 

This process involves children choosing 3 students from across the grade that they would like to have in their 2026 class. When staff are creating classes, they will ensure that all children will have at least one of their choices in their class for next year. As always, our staff endeavour to make sure that children feel happy and are looking forward to the new year with their new teachers and peers.
